Every year, we run a promotion at a random date. Whether that be on our birthday, to celebrate a special event or to celebrate a recent milestone, you'll be informed about our promotions only if you're subscribed to our mailing list. We'll let you know in advance when our promotional events start and what type of discounts you're entitled to.

At The Wainhouse Co, we believe that exceptional customer experience is critical to our success and we're constantly working to improve that experience. Alongside a high quality product, our dedicated customer service team are on hand to help online, in person and over the phone. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your order and we will let you know when and what time your order will be delivered so that you can make necessary arrangements. When our brand was established in 2022, we set out on a mission to craft sustainable, quality, timeless furniture that could be cherished for a lifetime. The manufacturing process starts either in house or in Europe and every piece of furniture is hand finished here in the UK. Our wood suppliers are accredited by the FSC and/or PEFC and undergo annual inspection to ensure continued compliance. We also reuse our packaging, so when your order arrives, it may not be in the prettiest of boxes, but it's what's inside that counts! Going forward, we'll be going after B Corp certification and aiming to become a member of 1% for the planet.

We deal with all issues in a timely and effective manner and work with you to find the best possible solution for your individual circumstance. In the unlikely event that we experience delays with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
